Who runs this app

This is a personal, private software tool operated by a single individual (Damian Foo). It is not a business, product, or service offered to the public. It has no users other than its owner.

What it does

The app connects to the owner's own Google account so that a personal AI assistant can read their calendar and email on their behalf — for example, to answer questions about upcoming appointments or to summarise unread messages.

What data it accesses

Access is limited to the owner's own Google account. The app requests the minimum permissions needed for those two functions:

It does not access contacts, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, or any other Google service. No data is shared with, sold to, or transmitted to any third party.

How data is handled

Calendar and email data is processed in memory on the owner's private computer, used to answer the owner's questions, and then discarded. It is not retained in any database, not used for advertising or analytics, and not used to train any machine learning model.

Storage and security

An OAuth access token is stored on the owner's private computer so the app can operate without repeated logins. That token is protected by the operating system's file permissions and is never transmitted anywhere other than Google's own authentication servers.
